ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The Department of Crop and Animal Production consists of four programs: Beekeeping, Dairy and Beef Cattle Production, Poultry Farming, and Medicinal and Aromatic Plants.
The aim of the department is to train individuals specialized in various production fields. It seeks to educate students as professionals who can meet the needs of the agriculture and livestock sectors, use modern and sustainable production techniques, and follow and apply innovations in the field.
Through its diverse subfields—such as the Beekeeping Program, Dairy and Beef Cattle Production Program, Poultry Farming Program, and Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Program—students have the opportunity to specialize according to their interests and sectoral demands. These programs provide both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, ensuring that graduates are competitive in the job market. The department also aims to raise individuals capable of conducting projects and research that contribute to local and national agricultural and livestock sectors.
